Extended Deadline
Abstract submission deadline is on Friday, June 20th
Abstracts must be submitted as editable files in .doc, .docx, or .odt format. You can download the abstract template from here
Contributions can be submitted in the following formats: Oral Communications, Flash Communications, or Posters:
- Oral Communications should not exceed 15 minutes (10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions).
- Flash Communications should not exceed 5 minutes and will not include a Q&A session.
- Posters will be available in the attendee area of the website as PDF files and may be linked to an oral or flash communication.
Each participant may present up to two contributions, either:
- Two posters, or
- One poster and one communication (oral or flash).
If the poster is linked to a communication, only one abstract needs to be submitted for both contributions.
The scientific committee will contact the selected contributors by June 30th, informing them of the accepted type of contribution. Authors will then be asked to submit their materials before the symposium begins.
Poster dimensions should preferably be 59.4 x 84.1 cm (portrait orientation). Presentations should be prepared preferably in PDF or PowerPoint format.
Oral and Flash Communications may also be selected for virtual presentation. In such cases, presenters must submit a recorded video in .mp4 format, with a maximum file size of 250 MB. The video must not exceed the allocated duration: 10 minutes for oral communications and 5 minutes for flash communications. These recordings will be hosted in the attendee area.
If a poster is eligible for an award, the contributor will be also asked to record a short 5-minute video. This video will be shown during the awards ceremony if the poster is selected.
